After responding to an email from a. Sales representative with an updated address that Olitans can ship to, I was still waiting nearly a month for my order. Even though I paid extra for shipping services, my order was still unable to be sent to the address asked of me despite the sales representative stating that the address is acceptable. I still had to go to my local post office and retrieve my order myself regardless that I paid for it to me delivered go me. The convenience of having my order delivered to me was not fulfilled despite that I paid for delivery services.
